From time to time the Minister offers long term leaseholds on vacant Fishery Harbour Centre properties by way of open public tender competition at commercial market rents.  The competitions are advertised on this website (at the above link) as well as in the Fishery Harbour Centre in which the property is located and in the print media.


Invitation for Tender bids to acquire Leasehold Interest of Site 22, Dunmore East Fishery Harbour Centre, Co. Waterford.

Response deadline for this tender is noon 29th November 2019

The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine invites tenders for a 35 years lease of Site 22, Dunmore East Fishery Harbour Centre, Co. Waterford. The lease for the site is being offered for a term of 35 years with 5 yearly reviews. Applicants should contact the Harbour Office, Dunmore East Fishery Harbour Centre, Dunmore East, phone 051 312359 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on workdays between  4th November  2019 and 28th November 2019 to view the tender documentation or to make an appointment to view the site.
