State Aid

Transparency requirement under Article 9(2)(c) and (3) of Regulation (EU) No 702/20141 and points 128(c) and 129 of the Agricultural Guidelines2

Under the above mentioned transparency requirement, EU Member States are obliged to create a comprehensive State Aid web page where they publish information about their State Aids and the relevant individual aid awards.
